The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Shipment within 24-48 hours on working days (Monday~Friday: 9:00 am to 18:00 pm)
- within 72 hours on weekends and holidays
Shipping Info:
We ship items via different carrier according to the weight and size of each product and your address. Either Way will take about 2-8 business days to arrive after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time.
-Some Large items will cost a lot of postage, if you simply refused the shipment with personal reasons after dispatching or receiving it, we will deduct about $50~$200 (depend on your location and product) from your refund, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply.
-And much regret that some extra-remote or off-shore areas will charge extra postage fee and some are not being able to deliver. We will firstly contact with You and ask about your willing before dealing with your order. Please pay attention to your message before dispatch.

What should I do if I did not receive my product?
If the package had been signed but actually you still did not receive the product, we will ship another new one to you after we check the express details. Pls contact us immediately if you got any shipping question.

I live in Hawaii, and took it out first time on the ocean in a relatively flat area, light breeze. Using the car to air it up, prob took me about 10 minutes to figure it out and get it aired up, I’m so glad I didn’t get one with a hand pump. Pretty light to carry for a SUP. Nice grip on the board, and easy to maneuver. Me and gf were on it at one point with an 8 year old and it held us just fine (prob pretty close to the max weight and held just fine without concerns). Also 3 kiddos jumping (ish) around on it with me.... it’s sturdy. Great workout!

Excellent quality of board. I received the paddle-board and the fin was missing. Called the customer service number and had a replacement fins by the end of the week! Super satisfied with with the customer service. Excellent communication!

We have had the paddle boards for 2 months and get compliments on them all the time!! They perform excellent. We recommend to all of our friends. Any small issue we have had with accessories the warranty is excellent. We have gotten items shipped out almost instantly. Could not be happier!
