We ship items via different carrier according to the weight and size of each product and your address. Either Way will take about 2-8 business days to arrive after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time.

-Some Large items will cost a lot of postage, if you simply refused the shipment with personal reasons after dispatching or receiving it, we will deduct about $50~$200 (depend on your location and product) from your refund, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply.

-And much regret that some extra-remote or off-shore areas will charge extra postage fee and some are not being able to deliver. We will firstly contact with You and ask about your willing before dealing with your order. Please pay attention to your message before dispatch.

-You could also check your postage charge by yourself in the ‘Postage and Payments’ section of the listing. Simply enter the postcode of your delivery address, then the Applicable postage and the available shipping method will be displayed.

-Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

-Some products may be sent in more than one packages.

What should I do if I did not receive my product?

If the package had been signed but actually you still did not receive the product, we will ship another new one to you after we check the express details. Pls contact us immediately if you got any shipping question.
