The power supply does not fit correctly. It pops out of the cigarette lighter.m constantly causing power to drop to the DVD player. I have tried in several cars with same result. Contacted support and over 1/2 hour they couldn’t just send me a new power supply. Do not recommend.Update:Seller SUPER responsive. Sent new power supply that works great!!! When I say fast service it’s an understatement. Wish every seller was this good!!!
Man this system is a game changer. Planned a 12 hour car ride with a 5 and 2 year old and this system gave me the blessing of silence. I like how the mounting system is adaptable to any seat headrest. The picture and sound is great and the screens are so big. I like the the sound comes out of the screen or wear headphones since the two year old is bad with headphones. Im glad I didnt spend the extra $1000.00 bucks on the entertainment package when I bought my minivan. This is so much better! Buy this one!!!
Incredible system and easy to install......BUT.....a few months later and we dont ever use it every day, the second DVD player wont play on its own with its own video. It will only play with the attached cable and so only ONE child gets to choose what gets to be seen on long car rides. Defeats the purpose of dual screens. It was really nice when they both had a choice to watch their own movie. Im really hoping the company will contact me to correct this. With a special needs child, this system was really a life saver for long car rides. Other than that, I was quite pleased up until now. Update: company contacted me ASAP and sent me a replacement, no problem! Amazing customer service!
This is a great quality headrest DVD player.It is durable and sturdy. Easy to use.I would recommend this product for anyone with kids in the backseat on a longer drive.I wish it played Blu Ray movies is the only negative. I understand they cost more and can only play the same movie on both screens. I wanted the option of playing them separate.
Very happy with our purchase. Kept my 10 year old entertained while on 3,000 mile adventure. Both units worked well.I do suggest to check where your vehicles airbags are. In our vehicle they are in the seat backs where the players were installed. To ensure the rear seat passengers safety, we raised them higher so they are above the airbags location.
