We ship items via different carrier according to the weight and size of each product and your address. Either Way will take about 2-8 business days to arrive after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time.
-Some Large items will cost a lot of postage, if you simply refused the shipment with personal reasons after dispatching or receiving it, we will deduct about $50~$200 (depend on your location and product) from your refund, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply.
-And much regret that some extra-remote or off-shore areas will charge extra postage fee and some are not being able to deliver. We will firstly contact with You and ask about your willing before dealing with your order. Please pay attention to your message before dispatch.

What should I do if I did not receive my product?
If the package had been signed but actually you still did not receive the product, we will ship another new one to you after we check the express details. Pls contact us immediately if you got any shipping question.

My kids love it and it’s perfect for my two kids age 2 & 5. They’re both on it and it does well. The only thing that upset me is reading some of the reviews stating it didn’t come with anchors but in fact it did. And they’re really good one. It holds it down perfectly. Everything is really strong and sturdy. My husband said it was a big of a pain to put together. But I mean, what really isn’t a pain to put together when it comes with lots of bolts and parts. It took him about 2 hours to set up. But honestly, it’s worth it. My kids are really enjoying it and a huge plus about it is, they’ve left me ALONE for hours! 😂
This swing is a great size for sharing! My kids have been swinging in it non stop. The directions were a bit overwhelming but it only took about 90 minutes to put together. We may eventually need to add some more heavy duty ground stakes because they were lifting a little when they swing too high but overall I would say this is a great product for the price!
The set arrived with one damaged (dented) pole and two leg pieces that wouldn't fit into the other poles. But the seller was very responsive and sent out a replacement very quickly. I finished putting it together by myself (would've been easier with another person, but didn't want to with COVID). Getting the legs level in my backyard took the most time. The stakes that are provided with it didn't really do the trick. They got bent when they were maybe 60% of the way in. I ended up getting 12" nail steel spikes from the hardware store, which were much better at holding up when I was driving them in and also at keeping the legs solidly in the ground. But overall it's a good value for this type of swing.
